The visit aimed to strengthen cooperation and solidarity with Christian educational institutions in the Holy Land and to learn more about the current situation of education in Jerusalem and the growing challenges facing Christian schools.
During the meeting, Brother Daoud Kassabry, School Director, and Ms. Sylvia Amer, Deputy Director, presented the main challenges facing education in Jerusalem. They highlighted the financial, social, and administrative difficulties affecting schools, as well as the impact of the current situation on students, families, and teachers.
They also introduced the school's future development projects, which aim to improve educational facilities, strengthen the learning environment, and provide better opportunities for students.
The discussion also focused on the ongoing cooperation between Collège des Frères, the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem, and the local parish in carrying out joint projects and initiatives that support students, families, and the wider Christian community.
During the meeting, Brother Daoud Kassabry expressed his sincere gratitude to Aid to the Church in Need (ACN) for its generous financial contribution towards the installation of the school's new elevator. This important project has improved accessibility and mobility within the school, especially for students, teachers, and visitors with special needs.
