Frères Secondary School Organizes a Chocolate-Making Workshop

Frères Secondary School, in cooperation with the Al-Ahliya Foundation and the French Cooperation, organized a special workshop on the art of chocolate-making, supervised by the Dolce Vita Foundation and Mr. Tamer Khoury.

The workshop brought together a group of Jerusalem mothers and students from the Hospitality College, under the coordination of Mr. Fadi Deeb, Head of the Hospitality College.

The program aims to equip participants with professional skills in chocolate-making, foster creativity in culinary arts and fine desserts, and support local talents through educational and vocational initiatives in this field.
