Students learn French vocabulary and terminology related to cooking

As part of its activity-based learning plan, Collège des Frères Jerusalem has been organizing for several years a comprehensive program in culinary arts for its students, presented in a simple and practical way.

The program aims to instill a love for cooking, introduce students to the basics of food preparation, and emphasize the importance of healthy nutrition and balanced meals. It also helps students develop essential life skills and build self-confidence through direct experience and practice.

A distinctive feature of the program is the integration of a linguistic dimension, as students learn French vocabulary and terminology related to cooking, making the learning experience both enjoyable and academically enriching.
