Collège des Frères Hospitality College Opens Training Restaurant in Jerusalem

Launch of the Training Restaurant at the Hospitality College – Collège des Frères, Jerusalem

The Hospitality College at Collège des Frères – Jerusalem has launched its new “Training Restaurant,” where students, under the supervision of their teachers and professional chefs, prepare and serve food to visitors in a practical and professional training environment.

The restaurant aims to develop the students’ skills and enhance their competence in food preparation, meal presentation, customer service, and teamwork, helping to prepare them for the job market with confidence and professionalism.

Yesterday, the Hospitality College students completed their first practical experience. They prepared Palestinian fattoush salad and fruit salad, which they professionally presented and served to the school’s teaching and administrative staff.

The Training Restaurant will begin welcoming visitors next week. It will also offer takeaway and external order services. Promotional materials containing details about the restaurant’s services, opening hours, and ordering procedures will be distributed soon.
