The Art of Italian Cuisine: New Culinary Course Launches at Collège des Frères

The Italian culinary arts course began at the Hospitality section in the Frères High School in Jerusalem, with the participation of 18 trainees from Jerusalem mothers and students of the School. The course is supervised by Professor Fadi Dib, and the participants are trained by Chef Amir Khoury.
The course lasts 7 weeks and is a specialized course in Italian cooking. It is supported by the French Development Agency and the Center for the Development of Civil Institutions.
